Chef of the Year Update! (16/04/24)
All finalists have now been notified and invited to our Chef Seminar on Monday the 29th of April at The Olive House, Westhill.
The Young Chef session is 11.30 - 12.30 and the Senior and Seafood Chefs are 13.00 - 14.00. No chef whites required.
We look forward to seeing you all on the 20th of May for our Awards Dinner.
Modern Apprenticeships
Do you want to further your staff training and enhance your employee's capabilities?
Modern Apprenticeships do just that. Apprentices will have full access to a tutor, with regular visits and a structured training plan while they earn. Most Modern Apprenticeship places are fully funded so get in touch if you want more information.
Mandatory 2-hour Licensing Training for Staff
We are excited to announce our mandatory 2-hour licensing training is now available via our e-learning portal! Get in touch on 01224 749100 or info@hospitality-training.org.uk for more information.
The competition is returning on Monday the 20th May, with the Awards Dinner taking place at the Chester Hotel.
The categories for this year are - Chef of The Year, Young Chef of The Year, and Seafood Chef of The Year.
The Restaurant and Casual Dining of The Year will also run again this year, with a slight addition to the judging method. The public and your customers will be required to vote for the establishment of their choice, providing feedback as to their decision.
The competition for 2024 is now closed, and all finalists have been notified and invited to the Chef Seminar.
