Food is a key part of the Scottish visitor experience and the Aberdeen City and Shire area enjoys a positive reputation for the quality of its natural produce. We would like to invite your company to take part in this excellent programme which aims to improve the vital skills essential to grow and develop your business, and enhance its dining reputation.
The Quality Excellence Programme is a subsidised initiative aimed at business owners/managers and head chefs. It will be delivered in a combination of workshops supported by one to one advisory sessions. In completing the programme the participants will be expected to gain accreditation by a recognised food certification body or to increase their current rating if they are already accredited. 50% of the cost of accreditation will be borne by Scottish Enterprise Grampian.
The 6 workshop topics will be delivered by Hospitality Training, and we are delighted to have guest speaker representations from the Master Chefs Association, the Federation of Chefs Scotland, Food Standards Agency, Wines and Spirits Education Trust, and the Automobile Association accreditation team.
If you are committed to the production of quality menus and positive customer dining experiences you will not want to miss out on this opportunity. Places are limited and it is expected that your company will take part in all of the programme activities.
