North East of Scotland Chef & Restaurant of the Year 2025

The North East of Scotland Chef and Restaurant of the Year 2025 is officially open!

The competition will take place on Monday the 26th of May, with the Awards Dinner taking place that evening at the Marcliffe at Pitfodels.

 

If you would like an application form for Chef of the Year, Young Chef of the Year or Seafood Chef of the Year, please click the link below to download a copy. Pleas make sure you download the correct guidelines for your chosen category. 

Closing date for applications is Friday the 31st January 2025, with finalists being notified after. All finalists will be invited to an informal finalists seminar with the date to be confirmed into early 2025, which will be hosted by Orry Shand, Executive Chef at Entier Ltd, Scottish Culinary Team Captain, and the 2025 National Chef of the Year.

 

The Restaurant of the Year and Casual Dining Award categories are still being finalised therefore, we will send the relevant information out as soon as this is available. If you are interested in this category, please drop me an email on info@hospitality-training.org.uk and I will send the information out as soon as it is available.

Additionally, we will be adding another category to this years competition - Cocktail/Wine Bar of the Year. The details on this competition are still being finalised, however please do get in touch to discuss your interest in this category going forward.
