What will I learn?
Hospitality Team Member at SCQF level 5 covers areas such as customer service, team working and the development of meta-skills. This qualification has a wide range of optional units which reflect the varied roles available in the hospitality industry, such as receptionists, bartenders, servers, baristas, crew and team members, guest hosts, and housekeeping assistants.
Your journey to becoming qualified starts here
You will learn on the job and the training will take roughly 12 months to complete.
You will earn a salary and work within a team. Your training assessor will schedule visits to assess you in the workplace.
